What does my immersive day consist of?

The “Immersive Day” allows you to experience the training of a student pilot from the inside.

That is why the entire school team offers to guide you through the progression of a typical day of an Aeropyrénées student pilot in training!

On the program for your immersive experience: ATPL & PPL courses, discovery of our training aircraft fleet, and flight initiation in one of our simulators.

The recommended minimum age is 15 years to share the daily life of a pilot and fully enjoy this unique experience.

Villes bases aéropyrénées

Perpignan, gateway to the Pyrenees between Sea and Mountain…

Perpignan is located in the south of France, in Occitanie. Between the sea and the mountains, the region offers all the advantages necessary for the successful training of pilots in optimal conditions.

By choosing the Pyrénées-Orientales, you benefit from exceptional sunshine throughout the year, with over 300 sunny days. It’s a vibrant place infused with Catalan influences and a rich culture, reflected in its gastronomy, language, and activities.

Its Mediterranean climate is characterized by relatively mild winters, with very little snowfall in the plains. Summers are hot, and winds play an important role, particularly the Tramontane, a northwesterly wind that often reaches speeds exceeding 70 km/h. The sea breeze brings cloudier and rainier conditions (ideal for IFR conditions).

Toussus-Le-Noble, Paris at the end of the wings

At the gates of Paris, discover our aeronautical training center. A school that has major advantages to ensure all stages of airline pilot training.

The Aeropyrénées base is ideally located at Toussus-le-Noble airport, which hosts numerous activities such as business and leisure aviation. Here, you will encounter many private aircraft, as well as several flying clubs, aircraft and helicopter rental companies, aerial work businesses, and companies offering introductory flights and maintenance workshops. It’s a vibrant environment for encounters among passionate professionals and rich exchanges of aeronautical experiences.

Toussus-le-Noble aerodrome is the only one in Île-de-France that allows for professional pilot training and the only place where such activities are possible, due to the airport’s radio equipment for instrument landings and its night operations (until 10:30 PM).

My heart Valencia

Located in the southeast of France, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, on the banks of the Rhône, Valence is often considered the “gateway to the South.” It benefits from a Mediterranean climate and a strategic location between Lyon and Marseille.

Rich in history, Valence is distinguished by its landmarks, such as the Peynet kiosk, a romantic symbol of the city, its lively streets, local gastronomy (including the famous pogne), and its cultural dynamism.

Its airport offers a 2 km runway and a rich environment to enhance the skills of tomorrow’s pilots. The weather and the diversity of its landscapes make Valence a perfect city for flight training in excellent conditions while enjoying a very pleasant quality of life.
