New engine workshop in Aix-en-Provence: Aéropyrénées strengthens its maintenance capabilities.

One step closer to operational excellence.

Practically, this workshop now allows us to carry out engine overhauls on our aircraft ourselves. While this change may seem technical, it has an immediate impact: aircraft downtime is greatly reduced. Planes spend less time on the ground and more time where they belong, flying, in the hands of our students and instructors.

This new capability is not just a time saver; it is also a guarantee of quality. By internalizing this critical part of maintenance, we ensure complete oversight of our engines, from the first flight to major inspections. This strengthens traceability, technical mastery, and the high standards we apply at every stage.

This workshop complements the two PART 145 facilities already operating at our Perpignan and Toussus-le-Noble bases, as well as the Continuing Airworthiness Organization (CAO). With the addition of the Aix-en-Provence site, we now have optimized geographic coverage and increased intervention capacity across our entire fleet. This represents a real performance lever for the school and an additional guarantee for our students.
